TriYogi Workshops

Welcome to this vitalizing workshop for self-acceptance. We will focus on creating a solid and loving support system within, building self-acceptance and confidence from the inside out.

Research shows that cultivating self-acceptance is fundamental to a positive, healthy self-view and living a fulfilled life. Ironically, it is also the foundation for positive change.

They say well-being is a direct result of an integrated being. A sense of wholeness and congruence between thought, action and deed. A harmony of parts.

Wholeness comes from being present, honouring the self, learning about all the disparate parts and inviting them to be seen, heard and held. When you show up for yourself, big changes being to happen, your body and mind begin to align and answers unfold. Fulfilment comes from wholeness, integration, and honouring all that you are.

The journey to wholeness starts from within which is the inspiration for the name of this workshop!

We will create a nurturing space to dive deep into some uplifting soul work. Expect yoga, free movement, journaling, Goddess circle, release ceremony, restorative yoga meditation and music, leaving you feeling rooted, nurtured, empowered and inspired.

Yoga Workshop for Self-Acceptance

Thank you soooo much for such a beautiful morning workshop. It was truly so lush, I even got a bit teary at the end of the first yoga practice and it was great to move those emotions through. I got so much out of the journaling session as well, I often struggle with those kinds of questions but the way you explained everything just worked so well for me. Please do more of them in the future.

Cosy Cacao Winter Wild Workshop

Come melt for a moment in this winter solstice workshop.

Held in the soft glow of a December evening and surrounded by warm hearts and nurtured souls, this community session is designed to bring a tingle to your toes and a lightness to your being. In the hope that you’ll find yourself floating out of the door and into your weekend. This workshop is lovingly designed to feed your soul this Christmas. Following a nurturing yoga session, we’ll share cacao as a ceremonial nod of gratitude to the richness of this time of year, then open up our journals and gaze a little deeper into the soul to access that wild heart and its messages. Cacao is considered a superfood and is an ancient ceremonial drink. It is seen as the ultimate heart-opener. We’ll use the magic of this ancient ritual to give gratitude, set intention, and commence our journaling session together with open hearts.

Asteya Abundance Workshop

In yogic philosophy, Asteya represents non-stealing. Stealing is considered a result of not having enough, or not being enough. It suggests that a person is not living from an abundance mentality, or feels lacking in some way. This workshop will focus on empowering a sense of abundance, and work on those niggling feelings of not being enough, not being worthy, and not being fulfilled.

During this online workshop we work with the root chakra to harness a sense of security and reassurance that your needs are met, you are fed, watered, cared for, and you have everything you need to survive and thrive. Finally moving into the creative aspects of the sacral chakra to bring abundant energy, movement, and growth into your life.

Saturday 27th November 10am - 12pm £25

Satya Authenticity Workshop

During this online workshop, we delve into the teachings of Satya. Satya is one of the Yamas of yogic philosophy.

This workshop will encourage you to tune into your truth, speak with confidence, practice non-violence to yourself and others in word, thought, and deed.

Heal, replenish and nurture your tired soul. Starting with a throat and heart chakra-themed yoga class, working closely with the breath as a guiding tool into whether we are being truthful in our yoga practice, whether we are listening to our inner essence and whether we are being kind in our words and actions.

The session will be gentle and soulful, covering lessons in authenticity, judgment, confidence, and kindness whilst building confidence to communicate clearly, speak from your heart, and be heard.

Nourish Your Roots Ahimsa Workshop

This workshop is based on the first of the Yamas - Ahimsa - translating to non-violence to self and others. During this workshop we look at our thought patterns, notice any limiting behaviours and embed positive self-talk to take us, vibing high, though the year.

Using asana, pranayama, journaling and meditation, we journey together to discover and maintain our very own unique glow.

This is your time to rewire so you can blaze brightly and release your true potential.

TriYogi Coffee Morning

Whether it's tea, coffee or hot chocolate that floats your boat, this is a time to connect as a community in a wholesome and friendly space from the comfort of your own home.

My aim is to grow a community wherein we can be real, raw and heard. I will lead each session with some yoga or meditation to start, then introduce a discussion topic. These sessions will be structured yet super casual, and will provide time and space for you to share stories, insights or thoughts with the community. This space will be entirely free from judgement and can be thought of as a casual coffee morning to connect, listen, learn and let off some steam.

This challenge was so important for me during a busy time to encourage me to think about taking care of myself. Becky is so open, welcoming and supportive and takes time to respond to individuals. Would highly recommend
