What we offer

Aerial Vinyasa

Take off with TriYogi by learning aerial yoga. Building strength, flexibility and confidence in your body and mind. Aerial yoga teaches us to push boundaries and question limited belief patterns. Aerial yoga is explorative and playful, whilst offering a nurturing and grounding yoga practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa - ‘to place in a special way’. This is the art of linking movement with breath, moving from dynamic activity to deep, healing stillness.

Classes are offered in studio and online. Working with beginners to advanced, take your practice on a journey with TriYogi.

Massage

TriYogi Massage Therapy offers a holistic massage experience, rooted in a firm understanding of anatomy, movement and healing. Massages are specifically tailored to the individual, whose needs and preferences are at the heart of the treatment.

Here’s a vinyasa flow class to release through the upper back and shoulders. This is often where we hold lots of tension, both in the day to day - computing and sitting etc. - but emotional and experiential stuff can also get held in this area giving us tight chests, pains and problems.
