What We Offer
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork (Psychedelic Breathwork) is a trauma-informed, integration-focused practice that uses deep diaphragmatic breathing to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. These states may bring experiences of ecstatic bliss, emotional release, profound healing, deep connection, or powerful insights. This practice shakes up ingrained patterns and opens the door to new beliefs, perspectives, creativity, personal power and potential.
Yoga and somatic movement are powerful alignment tools that target body, mind and spirit as one ever evolving and deeply interconnected entity. These practices facilitate self-knowledge - and thus personal empowerment - autonomy, stress relief, relaxation, nervous system regulation, fitness, flexibility and adaptability.
You strengthen your intuition by learning to listen to your body and explore alignment to fit your own beautiful, unique anatomy. Integrating breathwork, meditation, core work, balance, inversion, mudra and affirmation in a delicious dance of strength and grace, we move and flow toward a full and rounded sense of empowerment. Yoga gives your body the thorough MOT needed for healthy, happy functioning.

Yoga
Cycles, shadowwork, wombwork, sensual work…
Including - ?? How to do this? This work is non-invasive, body led and rooted in attuned listening. It is a guided, meditative, somatic exploration into the body to uncover her messages and meet them with care and loving attention. It is a deep practice that encourages hidden tensions, memories, blocks and insights to be felt, understood, processed and integrated in a safe and held space. This practice can be focussed specifically around the wombspace, our deepest point of creativity and wisdom, but not necessarily, we tune in and see where the body asks us to go.
Feminine Embodiment Work
These sessions provide a healing space to check in with yourself, reflect, celebrate and grow. They are focused on specific seasonal topics to truly enhance your experience of life in this moment.
Many of my students tell me they love journaling but just don't know where to start with it alone. Here's your opportunity to have guided journaling sessions to access that wild soul and ask the more important questions in life.
Journaling is a grounding practise that helps keep you aligned, loving yourself, and achieving your goals. There is such a deep satisfaction in seeing how far you have come, how much you have grown, how aligned is your journey, and the messages the universe constantly shares with you as hints and helps along the way.
Join me in the TriYogi library to journal in your own home to suit your schedule.

‘Becky was very attentive in finding out what I wanted to get out of the session. The massage was exactly what I needed and she focused on all the areas that needed attention. She took the time to find out what the best oil was for my skin type and also made suggestions that could help me after the massage’
‘The following day my body felt like something had really shifted like it was cleansing itself. Becky really helped me figure out the pressure I wanted and the areas which needed attention. Thanks so much Becky’

Massage Therapy
Our aerial vinyasa classes are designed to build strength and flexibility, whilst at the same time maintaining a sense of playfulness, exploration and challenge. With the added use of the aerial hammock, you’re able to maximise support, play with your edges and maybe even go a little deeper. Read my blog to find out more about this discipline.
One of the most exciting things about aerial yoga is inverting, aka going upside down! Which is not only fun, but is also brilliant for decompressing the spine. With the help of the hammock, you’re able to achieve postures, like handstand for example, that might not be accessible in your regular practice. Thus you build self-confidence, in your body and ability, and learn to fly.
